Where you will stay

YOU MUST BE FEMALE PLZ…..You can smoke (OUTSIDE) you will have use of toilet & shower room which YOU MUST KEEP CLEAN . You MUST be in full time work & have references also some from employees would help . No family references as i will check . You MUST also be FEMALE as sometimes it will just be my son here and I need to know hele be ok . He goes out to work . The room isn’t a long term basis . 6 months at a time but also person depending after 6 months or even shorter stay is also more than ok . There will be a bed and cupboards in room and I will take out the rest of my things . You will need all your own bedding as i don’t have enough of my own to share . ANYTHING used in the house MUST be kept clean . THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, CLEANLINESS IS NON NEGOTIABLE . You can keep a few things in the shed and if you use the garden you must be prepared to mow it it’s very small so can be done in 10 mins . If you get no answer on call plz text with who you are . I’m happy for you to be LGBTQ what ever your sexuality you must be respectful and I’d (MAYBE) allow a partner to sleep over . This would not be a weekly expected arrangement. Even if you needed to stay a week that’s ok although amount for a week stay will likely be £200 as this will stop me from being able to have anyone full time . A weekend stay will be £100 buy weekend I mean fri/sat/sun night and you must vacate the room buy 8am . FEEL FREE TO TEXT ME , YOU MUST TEXT AS I GET TO MANY ANNOYING CALLS . So if you just need a few nights let me know but as I mentioned doing it like this comes at a cost as I loose out on permanent stayers so plz do keep this in mind .
