Location is very quiet & there's a small town within 10 minute walk with amenities like a cafe, Co-op, Pharmacy, restaurants, takeaways & a few other little shops & a nice lake to walk around.
Next to the property there's a football pitch & public open space.
For commuters M50 junction 3 is 3.5 miles, Gloucester is 10 miles 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Newent Business Park is 15 mins walk.

At the front side of house there's parking for 2 cars & 1 at the front & a large back garden with shed.

Kitchen/Diner has fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, table & chairs & 50" smart TV.
Toilet facilities downstairs WC & upstairs bathroom.

Large single room has single Ottoman storage bed, desk with chair, settee chair, single wardrobe with deep drawers, 3 drawer cabinet, 1 bed side cabinet with bedside light & plenty of sockets with USB's.
