Fully furnished with large single bed (this can be changed for double if required), new wardrobe, table and dresser and large comfortable armchair. There is a tv and radio in the room. Access is provided to the internet.
Plenty of storage space.
A wet room (2.2m by 1.8m) with shower is off the lobby area. This has a full width mirror, vanity suite and low level toilet.
I am looking for any reasonable person hopefully with a sense of humour.
The only slight drawback to the property is the kitchen, which is a little cramped.
Four weeks rent payable up front. Rent due weekly thereafter. Four weeks notice required.
Parking is available in the drive or courtyard and there is full access to the garden and patio areas.
