Double room to rent

My 32 yr old son and I live in a town house and currently have the top room for rent . In the past I have had students for the last 15 years from our local college training Daff truck engineers and also a lodger that has stayed with us for nearly 2 years. We are easy going my son who is quite introvert so you won’t see him around all the time.. I also have a large dog who is extremely friendly.
We live near the mall at cribs causeway close to skating rink cinema etc also located right by local bus routes and the M4 an M5 are only minutes away as is parkway train station., The room is a spacious double with a double bed and chest of drawers and bed side cabinet. The bathroom is located on the first floor and is only shared with my son .we have a downstairs utility room/ toilet as well . We have a large kitchen diner room with a tv and sofa but you are also welcome to use the lounge. There is also parking.
