Light double Room available

All bills included, in the light double room house share. Council tax band B
Close to Aztec West, close to the mall and most major supermarkets, and a 30-45 minute bus ride to city centre. I work in the city centre so it’s easy to get to every morning.
I have 2 cats and 1 cat is 20 years old now (human years) so he’s a little bit senile, so it’s very important that whoever moves in loves cats and has patience for an older animal.
I have a large kitchen with all amenities;
Washing machine and dryer
Dishwasher
Fridge Freezer
Electric cooker
Lots of plates and cutlery
There’s a lot of space if you wanted to bring your own stuff too.
There is 2 toilets; one upstairs and one downstairs.
A big living room with lots of seating and large television.
The room has a single bed in but this can be removed if you would like to bring your own.
There is a wardrobe and bedside drawers you are welcome to use.

I am looking for someone to live with me. I like to keep things tidy and clean so would appreciate someone who is also clean. I work 5 days a week and like to relax after my working day by throwing on a Netflix show or doing some yoga. I don’t often have friends over, I usually prefer going out. My partying days are over so I would prefer someone who is also low key and prefers to chill. I like having a chat and don’t mind socialising but am also keen on my own personal space and would respect yours. I am family orientated so spend a lot of time with my family on my days off. I would prefer someone who also works most weekdays, as I like to be in bed by 10pm on a weekday. But I am open to students.
