Room currently a spare room filled with a single bed and a sofa bed, I will furnish it with a double bed and move the sofa bed into the other spare room before someone moves in. as the house is new, I haven't gotten around to decorating. I'm happy for it to be decorated by the house mate within reason. Hoping for the room to be available from 1st January.
I'm looking for (ideally) a tidy female to live with (will consider male). Happy for someone social who wants to hang out or if you'd like to keep to yourself that's fine too. I have a fairly set routine and work 9-5 Monday to Friday. I like to chill in the evenings with a series or film and at weekends Im generally in and out doing chores etc.
