Double Room to Rent - Kingsway, Gloucester

Available 1st January 2020, large double room to rent in newly purchased home, fully furnished, on street parking and all bills included, £500pcm.

We are Jonathan and Danielle, he is a chartered accountant, she works in hospitality, we both work long hours, spend most of our mornings and evenings in the gym/exercising and we're very laid back, polite, personable, tidy people so very easy to get along with and live around. We've just bought a 4 bedroom house in Quedgeley and are looking to rent one of the rooms to a someone who has broadly the same personality traits as us!

The room is a fair size (13 x 9 feet), on the first floor, furnished with a double bed, couple of chests of drawers and a double wardrobe. If there is anything else you'd like in there we will happily provide it (desk/tv/chair/etc) and can change the wallpaper if you prefer. The first floor bathroom has a shower over bath and will be pretty much exclusively yours aside from the times we have guests stay in the other first floor bedroom (occasional weekends). All bills are included, we have a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher, we have superfast internet, plenty of on road parking, a nice big kitchen, a weekly cleaner and the house is always warm!

We also live with a very small dog but she (literally) never barks and you will probably rarely see or hear her as she spends most of her time asleep.
