We are a friendly house, this was my home and is not a typical rental property. You need to be clean and respectable to live here. No pro-nouns, no entitled children and facts trump opinons. No obvious religious activity.

No grey paint anywhere, no black and white kitchens or bathrooms...available immediately.

There are 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms in the house, the main bathroom has a bath and a shower, everything is new, wiring, plumbing kitchen, TV point in every bedroom, utility room, outside space. There is unlimited parking off-road and I can accommodate motorcycle storage if required.

This is a quiet house, I dislike noise, I like the sound of laughter.

Your deposit will be secured with the DPS, you cannot have a room without, so please don't ask. You can paint to your preference and change the furniture on agreement.

There is now only a single room available (single bed £450), there will be no predatory males in this house and no discrimination. Female preferred.
