We are a working professional couple who own the property and looking for a lodger. The double room is £450 pcm (all bills included gas, electric, water, TV and internet ) with one month’s deposit. The lodger will have to be an animal lover as we currently have a cat and 2 small dogs living in the house. We have created a homely relaxed environment and hope to find someone who is easygoing, friendly and kind. We are welcoming people who take pride in our home and enjoy being sociable whilst also having additional living space to relax in if you prefer peace and quiet.

The rooms includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables /lamp, 2 x chest of drawers and lounge chair.

The house has a large living room and dining room all fully furnished. The kitchen has an available cupboard space located in the utility room. All communal spaces such as kitchen, lounge and dining room is shared. Downstairs toilet located in hallway and a large shared bathroom upstairs.

Property has a large front and back garden and relaxing lazy spa hot tub and gym attached.
