Looking for a friendly and relaxed lodger. Very comfortable rooms overlooking the garden in this 17c Cotswolds stone quirky cottage. Retired solicitor, male, intelligent, good fun and very level headed is looking for someone who is reliable, honest, balanced and friendly.
Two adjoining comfortable furnished rooms
on the second floor with separate private use spacious bathroom/shower. Double bedroom and wardrobe, fairly new double bed, dresser with a second room containing kitchenette equipment(fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster) and futon for occasional guests. Perfect if you work from home. Use of main kitchen, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cooker, washing machine, garden. All utilities included with excellent wifi.
Common areas are cleaned twice weekly and included. On-street parking or bus stop right outside.
One small very friendly rescue dog is in the house. Looking for a professional person to share.
Any age considered. ~ References required.
Available from 25th-28th June. Walking distance to Stroud central (approx 15 mins) or bus stop right outside.
Simon travels and is frequently away. so must be reliable etc.
