Light and airy attic room (double)

The house is situated in a quiet and friendly area, with easy access to the cycle track and just a short walk to Rodborough common, not forgetting our amazing local pub the Prince Albert. It's a 15 minute walk into Stroud centre. There is a cat that also lives in the house, so anyone renting the room would need to like cats. There is a garden, veg garden and a shed with room for some storage/bike which you are welcome to use. There is no off road parking, but plenty of parking nearby.

The room is situated on the top floor of a 3 storey house and is light and airy with great views. It is double glazed and recently decorated.

The kitchen has all the usual, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and you will have your own cupboard to store food. There is shared use of the living room and shower room, which is downstairs.

I am a creative person, relaxed and sociable although I also like my own space. I am often out and about. I would prefer to share with someone who is also vegetarian, although I don't mind if you do eat meat. The room would suit someone who is quiet and respectful of sharing a space and who tidies up after themselves.

The space isn't suitable for home working.
