Large family home close to shops, with excellent transport links. Easy access to M5, but also on the main bus routes and close to the local train station. Good size furnished double rooms. The bathroom is shared with bath and a good powerful shower, but we have another shower in the house also so does not tend to be an issue. All bills included along with Sky super fast fibre. Kitchen is shared, but loads of room with additional oven and microwave and small fridge/freezer in the utility .
Myself my wife and Olly our 20yr old are all very easy going and are happy for you to be as private or as sociable as you wish, but we do have dogs and a cat so need to be an animal lover.
Its basically a large detached and welcoming family home with the relaxed atmosphere and perks of a House share.
Smokers and smoking is welcome, but we dont tend to smoke in the house, usually in the garden where there is plenty of seating. The garden is large and we could accommodate storage of a bicycle if needed. Age, gender, sexual orientation etc is really no issue to us, we just expect simple things such as basic manners with a mutual respect for other people and their property.
