We are looking for a new lodger for our lovely, spacious attic rooms. My partner and I work from home often and would prefer someone who is employed or in full-time education. We have a 13 year old son living at home and two other young people (at College and Uni) who don't live with us but stay fairly regularly.
We have a timid cat called Elsie and would rather not have any other pets as she is getting old. The room is currently furnished, but if you have your own furniture it would be fine to bring that too!
