About me:
I'm a considerate, friendly, and tidy person. I like the outdoors and do some sort of exercise daily. I'm usually found in the garage making things straight after work and relaxing on the sofa later in the evening.
All bills included, gas, electric, water, council tax (band c) high speed fiber internet & tv licence.
Beautiful views across the valley to Selsley common, stunning sunsets.
Front Garden & rear decking area with table.
Garage, with plenty of space for bikes etc
Attic space for storage if desired
Large fairly new fridge & almost new washing machine.
Gas hob & oven.


Bathroom would be shared between 2 but it's modern and clean.
