The house has been recently renovated with a good sized kitchen and sitting room, a conservatory that captures the sun and a bathroom with bath and shower over.
The room to rent is upstairs, to the back of the house, with views over the garden. It is large enough for a kingsized bed, and desk or seating area. I am open to the idea that someone may want to work from home at least some of the time so there is fast broadband at the property.
As a live in Landlord the most important thing to me is that I can get on with the the people I live with. Like many Stroudies I am environmentally minded and social conscious and would be interested in living with someone who would like some element of communal living, sharing meals sometimes for instance and the house itself is very much for sharing. The rent is set very reasonably as I'd like it to be affordable for most.
