Semi detached house on a private road in Uplands. Plenty of parking and a large garden. Large bright room for rent with lovely views at back of house.

The photos were taken when the room was empty. Currently a double bed, a bedside table and a desk/table in the room. Apart from the bed, anything can be removed or added. Small en-suite bathroom. There is a large kitchen which I rarely cook in, and a big sitting room with a TV which you are welcome to use.

All bills are included.

I have a Cockerpoo dog called Dave (he is in one of the photos) He is very docile and loves everybody.

As I am recently widowed I would prefer a female to share with. Someone who is considerate and tidy, and likes a quick chat every now and then, and a good sense of humour.

I have plenty of wildlife in the garden, with foxes, deer, squirrels and woodpeckers.
