Single room to sublet from 2nd November until January 20th (some flexibility w move in/out dates might be possible)

Room will be empty of current tenants belongings.

Small furnished single room approx. 5m X 3m. with a single bed, desk, shelves and built in wardrobe.

The room is on the downstairs floor next to front door/ hallway, with no other tenants on your floor.

Access to all the facilities in the house: Living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden.

Please note that the room does not come with additional storage space, except for a space for one bicycle kept outside. However, there is a local storage unit just 3 minutes drive away from the house if needed.

You will be house sharing with a lovely landlady called Jade and another tenant called Chris. We enjoy cooking meals for one another fairly regularly. Both politically left wing, so if that's not you, please don't apply for this ad.

The house is in a gorgeous location, you can walk to the woods from the back garden just 5/10 minutes and it is a short walk from local nature spot called the heavens, its about a 45 minute walk into Stroud town Centre, so 10 minute drive. There is a bus stop 10 mins walk away. Great views on upper floors.

All bills including council tax are covered in the £345 rent.
