Good sized room available in tidy but noisy 3 bedroom house, living with single mum and 8-year old boy. We like to keep busy and are looking for a housemate who has their own things going on but also would want to share some meals and the odd movie or games night.

The house has lots of space, excellent storage and a lovely garden. It’s a ten minute walk to the town centre or to Stratford Park and the leisure centre. There is off road parking or two cars.

You would have full use of the rest of the house, including a modern kitchen diner, a cosy lounge, a family bathroom and a lovely garden.

Rent includes bills and a fortnightly cleaner.
