Double room with lovely views in Tetbury

Looking for a considerate, friendly and professional female lodger to rent a double room with lovely views on the outskirts of Tetbury. The house is a new build about a 15-minute walk from Tetbury high street with lots of country walks right out the front door.

I have a dog so housemate would have to be ok with dogs. The dog is not allowed upstairs though so this is a dog-free zone.

As I work from home this position is only suitable for a professional, ideally not working from home but this can be discussed.

The room is furnished with a king-sized bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. It is right next to the family bathroom which you will have sole use of, unless either of us has guests staying.

• Washing machine, dishwasher, internet
• Housemate would be expected to help with chores and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, including the garden
• Pets considered, but would have to work with my dog
