Double Room available to let from Monday to Friday on a single occupancy basis.

The whole house is maintained to a high standard and has been recently refurbished throughout. The bedroom comes fully furnished, including bedding if desired and has a private bathroom next door. There is a comfortable shared lounge, kitchen  and dining room with seating area available on the patio outside.

The property is located just over a mile from Tewkesbury town centre, an 8 minute drive to Ashchurch railway station and a 10 minute drive to J9 of the M5. It takes circa 20 minutes to drive to Cheltenham.

All bills are included including cleaning services, superfast broadband, gas, electric, water and council tax.

The room would suit a working professional/ contractor needing to work away from home.

I have a dog and a cat, who are both very friendly, therefore it is essential any applicant likes animals. I am unable to accept any applicants with their own pets.

Monday to Friday let only. For clarification this means arriving on a Monday and leaving on Friday. I can offer the option to stay Friday evenings and leave Saturday mornings but this will incur an uplift in rent to £530. There is no flexibility in the days offered, other than as stated in this advert. It is of course fine to leave belongings here over the weekends.
