Double room with your own bathroom available in Thornbury.

The room is downstairs and you will have your own downstairs bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The shower room is not ensuite, it’s off the kitchen, but you will have sole use of it.

The room currently has a double bed, bedside table with drawers, and a clothes rail . Another clothes rail and/or a desk/table would fit, if required.

Please note the bed is low so limited storage underneath.

You will also have access to the kitchen, lounge/diner, garden.

There is plenty of off street parking.

I live here with my two adult children, 24 and 25 We are friendly and welcoming but respect the need for privacy and personal space.

We also have a friendly golden retriever dog.

The house is 2 minutes from the bus stop. The T1 bus service goes to, Aztec West, Bradley Stoke, Parkway and Bristol City Centre. .

The number 60 goes to Wotton under Edge via Falfield..

Thornbury is a short drive to M4/M5, Aztec West, Bradley Stoke, MOD, Airbus etc.

The house is 10 minutes walking distance to Thornbury town centre which is a pretty, sought after market town and has a 2 supermarkets, a selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, take aways and coffee shops. There is also a library, gym/leisure centre and golf club.
