Village life double room

Double room in country/village location with lovely views. Pub, shop, church, village hall within a few minutes walk.

We have an 8 year old son.

We are a married couple (10 years) who are looking for help with the bills. We are age 44 and 45.

The double room has large fitted triple wardrobe.

The bathroom is a family sized bathroom all to yourself (we and our son have ensuites).

There is garage space, a shared lounge and shared kitchen facilities.

There is ample shared garden and parking.

For ease we ask that you pay on 'bills included' basis - room £650 plus £150 bills £800/month. We have had lodgers many times and this method is best for everyone.

We would require DBS check. If you have children we will reciprocate (I have one already for my job, but my husband will get if required).

Pets will be given consideration. The garden is dog proof.

We are professionals working full time. Our son attends Collegiate College in Bristol.

The village is stunning, vibrant and friendly. Lots to do! We have been here 3 years and have settled on very well.
