Double room

Offering a double room (king size bed) with plenty of storage in a semi-detached house in Tuffley, overlooking a fairly sized garden. The house is very well connected to public transport (bus runs to and from city centre up to every 10 min and bus stop is a 2 min walk from my address) and to main commuter routes (M5 j12 less than 10min away). Robinswood Hill Country park is within walking distance.

Rent would include broadband and utilities and would be calculated as £90/week = £360/month. The rent is not as imporant as friendly company, and active participation in this little 'community' is the main concern. For instance, the rent rate can be lowered or removed altogether subject to the availability of a flatmate to look after the kids every once in a while.

I would love to share the house with someone who is inspired by the guiding principles of M. Wheatley: ' Take care of yourself, take care of each other, take care of this place'. Ideally they have a Christian faith and / or be aligned to Christian values . They would be independent, emotionally literate, actively living in environmentally aware ways. The ideal housemate would be happy to share the joys of living in the house, including taking part in cleaning, cooking and play. Being DIY savvy would be very desirable.

I have 4 year old twins who are friendly (and a handful) and would love to be around a fun-loving, energetic person. We have a very easy going cat.
