Hi,
Two great first floor room available in large comfortable house. The room has a single bed which be converted to a double bed, it also has, WiFi, desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a separate shower and toilet available
There is a large front and back garden and plenty of parking on the gated drive. A small amount of storage space is available in the double garage. There is large well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, plenty of cupboard space, toaster and kettle etc. A washing machine is located in the utility cupboard.
The house is on 42 bus route between Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. Nearby is the Kingsditch retail park which has a Sainsbury's, Boots, Outfit amongst others. There is also a gym nearby. The detached house is located in countryside but has good links to the M5, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury.
The household is warm and welcoming and friendly but respect privacy.

The room is available on Monday to Friday or all week and the rate is negotiable.
This is not a professional house share but a spare room in a family household and therefore no alcohol, no overnight visitors and no smoking even in the garden.
