The house is kept clean and tidy and it is required that lodgers keep it so.

Working from home by prior agreement only.

Please beware that mobile reception is poor in this area except for EE/Plusnet. Wifi is included in price but no WiFi calling available. Other WiFi Apps like WhatsApp and Skype work fine. Public transport is limited so own transport (car, motorcycle, bike etc) is desirable.

Due to utility price uncertainty, Electricity & Gas charged by the month. Tenant's share (30%) currently £41.66 pcm. Although prices could go up again in Sept 2022, charges will be reviewed monthly and will be reduced if usage is not as high as predicted
