Clean, comfortable double room with SOLE use of main bathroom. Fully furnished, including TV, fitted wardrobe with drawers, further chest of drawers and bookcase. There is no desk available and no space to put a desk.

Working professionals only who live away and require accommodation and evening meal during the week.

All bed linen and towels provided and room cleaned weekly.. Use of washing machine and wi-fi included.

Lodgers have use of the communal areas of the house and garden. Parking on front drive.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac a short drive from GCHQ, Staverton Airport and Cheltenham town centre .There is driveway parking and a bus stop less than 3 minutes walk from the house. Supermarket and other facilities are 5 minutes walk.

I am looking for a professional lodger who is looking for a comfortable home rather than a house share. Bills are included unless an excessive amount of additional electricity is used.

Would prefer a quiet house guest. As I have two cockapoos, dog lovers please but I cannot accommodate another dog.
