Quiet friendly place

Hi I'm Charlie and I'm looking for a chilled and tidy person to share my house with. This is a fully equipped and cosy furnished home and you would have access to all the shared areas.

There is a nice private back garden, with a covered area for bikes and car parking is available.

I do have 2 bedrooms so if there are friends that want both rooms, I'd be happy to discuss options. {Only the one double room is shown in the pictures}

This is a peaceful quiet neighbourhood, very close to the cycle track, bus routes, local amenities, including supermarkets and green spaces.

I'm a friendly live in Landlord but working away most of the time now. When I’m here I like to chill out watching tv or listening to music, catching up with my Bristol friends and going out for a drink. I have two friendly dogs who like the company of others.

I’m looking for someone who is also friendly, respectful and tidy in the shared areas.
