End of terrace home in a quiet friendly cul de sac. Newly decorated and converted space 3 years ago. Large room with en-suite, sunny aspect large window with country views. Furnished with a very comfortable double bed. New mattress and bedding. Storage. Room for desk if required. Parking. Garage for bike storage if required.

We would accept Monday to Friday only for £500.

Chinese chip shop, fully stocked shop, hairdresser & barbers just a short flat 2 min walk from the property plus local country pubs serving great food in 15 walking distance.. Lots of lovely walks including golden valley and close to bristol & bath cycle path. We are Close to both the cities of Bath & Bristol. Ideally situated for RUH Bath as 15 minutes drive out of Bath via Lansdown. Also close to M4 junction for Wales / London. Country bus service into Bath & Bristol & Yate.

Use of private garden, kitchen, lounge, conservatory, washing machine & tumble dryer. We are laid back and happy for someone to feel at home, part of a family, also happy to respect if someone wishes to be private. Happy for tea coffee facilities in room. We have no issues with gender or a persons sexuality. We just want someone polite, honest and who works but not from home. No DHSS. We are dog & cat lovers and have our daughter’s small dog regularly stay. Currently we have Archie the cat staying with us.
The room will be cleaned fortnightly as part of rent.

About us: I work as a research nurse my husband is retired so at home. We are a strict non smoking household. We do not stay up late so would need someone to respect that. If someone works shift that would not be an issue.

Please provide references and we ask for an agreement to be signed.
