Self-contained Double Bedroom with own Bathroom

On 3rd floor of detached house with door to stairs with lock. Large attic room with Kingsize Bed, corner desk and filing cabinet. Two large walk in storage cupboards. Bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath. Large Sauna.

The rest of the house is for communal use including the garden, large parking area, washing machine, dish washer etc.

I live here, a tad mobile compromised! But pretty easy going. I haven't really sorted the accommodation just yet and using the images from the for sale advert. It's on the market and I would like the permission from the Tennant to access the 3rd floor if there is a viewing- I'd make sure you had 24 hours notice and this is reflected in the price. In all honesty I've had 3 viewings in 6 months as I'm not prepared to drop the price!!! Should I accept an offer it would be at least 3 months before contracts exchanged so you would have plenty of notice.

I've ticked maximum rental period but after that it would be a rolling monthly. Thanks for looking. Cheers Krissy.
