The property benefits from a large garden, a garage you can use for storage if required and a good sized communal living area.
The Bedroom is offered furnished (double bed can be brought if preferred) and the bathroom is shared.
Will, the live-in landlord works full time in Retail and enjoys keeping active, watching movies, dog walking and seeing friends and family. This is not a party house and the house has been recently re-furnished.
Local amenities include a local bus stop and train station and a large local shopping centre within a 5 minute drive.
Viewings are welcome in the evening and on the weekend.
