Visitors not permitted after 8pm. You can come and go as you wish. No friends or relatives can stay over the night.
This is a family home so due to covid prevention only person moving in can view room.
Weekly cleaning rota. Keep shoes in porch. Very clean house. You must have one month rent plus 1 month deposit. Share kitchen, bathroom. Lodger agreement. CCTV, House alarm, Fire alarm. No agents. All bills included. Mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hanging wardrobe. I offer two free washes per week using washing machine. Free Wi-fi. No free parking. CPZ TH Mon to Fri 830 to 530pm. My house is on main road in front of bus stop. If you have a car you need to buy Parking permit from council as it is not free to park on my road which costs 36 pounds plus per year. Sky TV (free channels only).
I require photocopies of your passport, full /provisional UK driving licence, EEA Identity Card, work confirmation letter- provide their email, 3 months recent bank statements, 3 months recent payslips, previous landlords reference- provide their email address.
