I'm hoping to find someone who would like to rent a room at my place in East London - Barking IG11. It is located within a newly built canal side development called Fresh Wharf. The flat is between 5-10 minutes walk from Barking Station. (Depending on how fast you walk :))
The flat is a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat, with one double bedroom having an en-suite.
The room includes a double bed, a John Lewis mattress, bedside table and wardrobe.
