Our lovely, bright loft room overlooking the park is available for our next lodger!

Our current lodger is leaving us following the end of his placement and we are looking for a new friendly person for our lovely loft room. It is at the top of the house, so very private and has views over Churchfield Park.

Our house is a 4 bedroom stylish Edwardian house, all recently decorated and very comfortable.

The room is ready to move into on Sunday 15 June 2025..

The room is spacious with a king size bed, its own shower/bathroom with large free-standing bath, double sink and Juliet balcony.

it is fully furnished with built-in wardrobes, a desk, desk chair, arm chair, chest of drawers and TV with Netflix.

We are a family with two children (10 and 11) and a well-behaved, 2-year-old cockapoo.

Our rooms are on the floor below, so there is complete privacy.

We have a large living room, kitchen. and garden.

All bills, including wifi, twice monthly cleaner and Netflix.

Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac about 5 minutes walk from Clock House Station (London Bridge/Cannon St/Charing Cross) and 10 mins from Kent House (Brixton/Victoria)..
