A large double bedroom to rent with exclusive use of main bathroom, and a medium sized double with ensuite available. The flat is fairly spacious with a large living room, cosy kitchen/diner and balcony with sunset views across South London.

The communal areas will all come furnished and the bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. Within the flat, everything was fully refurbished 4 years ago. The boiler was newly put in and the latest service confirmed its still in good working order.

There's a separate laundry closet with the washing machine and a rail to dry clothes in. There's also ample hallway closet space for shoes, bags, and house maintenance type stuff.

Unfortunately no pets allowed. Ideally looking for a minimum year let or longer. Could suit a couple looking for some extra space, or a buddy up pairing well (also flexible to do bills not included should that be preferred and can discuss a reduced rate).

The flat is 5min walk to Beckenham Place Park which has two bars/ cafes, outdoor swimming, paddle boarding and regular markets doing vintage, crafts, food, and an occasional outdoor cinema, and 10-15min walk from Beckenham high street.
