One single room available for rent in a split level flat to share with myself. Room comes fully furnished and can be decorated as you like. There is an upstairs large closet for hanging clothes and storage in the upper hallway which we both share.

I'm a female in her 30's who is looking for a new flat mate 😊. Looking for an easy going, clean person, looking to have a relaxed living environment. I like keeping the place neat and tidy and i regularly clean the shared areas, i expect my flatmate to do the same. I am respectful of the flat and whoever i live with so I will not have regular visitors staying over or parties to ensure we keep it a relaxed and respectful space for both of us 😊 I have alot of plant babies, would be nice if you enjoy plants too and we can look after them together🪴 I would like for you to feel at home here, share ideas on decor or anything that can make it represent both of us, looking for somone who wants to have a chilled, safe space, feel at home and relaxed in this shared flat and be able to feel at peace ✨️

Available for shorter or longer term (minimum 6 months)

You will be required to sign up to the letting agency. Once agreed, your name would be included in the tenancy agreement as a co-tenant after a reference check.
Agency requirements for the contract to meet are as follows:

- Must be in full time employment (min of 15k/year income)
3 months bank statements to prove the sufficient income
- Students are not accepted
- An employer reference or proof of self-employment
– A landlord reference (if you have one)
– Standard DBS check (it costs £18)
– A scanned passport copy
– Job description and latest CV
- Monthly checks on property are carried out as this is part of a guardianship scheme.
