Travel links;
-Clock House Station (3 minute walk, just over 20 minutes to London Bridge. Also goes to Waterloo and Charring Cross)
-Kent House Station (12 minute walk, goes to Victoria in just under 20 minutes)
-Tram (3 minute walk. Goes to Croydon and Wimbledon. Also one stop to Beckenham Junction)
-For any gym goers there is also Beckenham Spa 5 mins down the road.

Double bedroom includes;
-bed frame and mattress

-wardrobe
-extra wall storage/shelving as shown in picture
FYI TV and desk/chair are not included.

Bathroom pictured will be yours to use, my bedroom is an ensuite so I very rarely use that bathroom.

The shared living area is all fairly new, c. 3-4 years old. Kitchen appliances include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

I'm in the office 3-4 days a week, Mondays and Fridays are the days I tend to work from home.
