Double (or single) room from mid May (April).

This is an unusual ad. I basically need a housemate who is prepared to look after my dog, a 10 year old greyhound, while I travel.
I have housemates now and I'm very used to sharing the house but both are leaving over the next couple of months. One is returning home after completing her studies and the other has a promotion within the NHS abd is moving up north.
I've decided to try and travel a bit more in a classic camper van.
I need someone, or a couple, or maybe 2 sharers, who'll be able to juggle their work and social life and look after a dog.
She, Yumi, sleeps most of the time and is happy with a walk, or two, 2 meals a day and being let out occasionally.
She's a quiet, reserved dog who can be stubborn but responds to treats. I can give more information later down the line. I'm not rushing off. I'll do short local trips first.
The house is comfortable. All mod cons as they say. Great area. Loads to do in Beckenham.
The rent will be negotiable depending on whether I'm travelling or not. Lower when I'm away to reflect the extra "duties".
Obviously I'm looking for a dog lover/s. Non smokers. Someone/s who'll get along with me and my dog. We're both easy going generally, friendly, warm and funny.
