10 mins walk from new beckenham station.12/15 mins to beckenham hill. Lower Sydenham 3 min bus... Bus routes outside front gates. Good parking etc
2 other girl lodgers in there at the moment. Both very friendly, social and from the area
About me: I have moved out after living there for a while but do not want to rent the house out in case I need to move back if my circumstances change. I work around London in a barristers chambers and have good references. I'm sensible, cautious but fair and helpful with lodgers who respect my home.
