We are looking for a relaxed, tidy individual who is easy going. The room is a small single bedroom recently decorated to a high standard. It includes a single bed, wardrobe & TV.

The price is £400 a month including all bills. Please message me on here if interested first, as a live in landlord I’m looking for the right person more than anything.

One Month’s Deposit plus One Month’s rent in advance.
References Required - A full tenant check/credit check will be performed for the successful applicant at a cost of £25 (refundable when taking the room).
This is a no smoking household (you are welcome to smoke in the garden).
