Hey everyone! My current flatmate is moving out at the end of May as they’re relocating abroad.

About the Flat:
• First-floor, 2-bedroom flat in a quiet, family-friendly area.
• Separate living room (doubles as a guest room).
• Shared balcony, great for summer, plus a drying line for clothes.
• Non-smoking, drug-free home.
• Friendly and considerate neighbors; things usually quiet down by 10 PM.

Location & Transport:
• 📍 1-minute walk to Boston Manor Station (Piccadilly Line – easy access to central London & Heathrow).

Costs:
• 💰 Rent: £1,250 per month (split in half – subject to renewal by the agency).
• 💡 Bills are separate (internet, council tax, TV license, water, electricity – no gas).
• Bills management responsibilities is shared fairly.

About Me & Who I’m Looking For:
• I’m 38, working in logistics, photography, UX design, and yoga teacher.
• I enjoy a peaceful home, outdoor activities, and occasional shared meals.
• Looking for someone who values personal space, is tidy, and appreciates a calm living environment.
• Being clean is a must.
• It would also be important to maintain the routines and balance that have been established in the flat over the past years.
• No working from home candidates – sorry.

Move-In Details:
• 🗓️ Viewings start 1st of March.
• 🚐 Move-in around 1st of June.
• 📅 1-month notice period applies.
• The room is unfurnished (you’ll need to bring your own bed/wardrobe), but the rest of the flat is furnished.
