Bright and spacious large lounge/kitchen /living space area. Rowing machine included. An excellent and bright double bedroom with a private use bathroom lots of living space, and a big balcony. It's a bright and clean living space. The Large sun -terrace is rare.

The bus stops at the doorstep right outside the flat doorstep and takes you to the nearest tube station in 5 mins - making it a bit like a Taxi service.
If you prefer to walk, it's a 10-minute walk to the Tube station South Ealing (Piccadilly line), which the bus at the doorstep will also take you to (2-3 stops). This bus will also then take you to Ealing Broadway after (Elizabeth, district, central lines)
5-minute walk to Brentford rail (overground station) through a shortcut footpath.
12 min walk to Kew Bridge station (district line) on the other side.
Gunnersbury station is also close by bus.

Parking can be made available, but this will incur an additional charge. And would arrange via those who rent spaces in the underground car park. I can point you in the right direction.

A deposit will be required. As well as references, please.

Ideally, I'm looking to rent to a single person. However, I can consider couples. If you are renting as a couple, please note that, given the contribution to bills, the rent will need to be higher at £ 1500 pcm if you are a couple.

We also get a cleaner every fortnight to keep the house sparkling clean.
