Lovely light bedroom in historic house

Lovely, quiet, light bedroom overlooking the garden.

We are looking for one quiet and respectful professional, who is very tidy and clean, and preferably not working from home (unless very short term stay). Happy to offer a weekly rent if shorter stay. Would also consider Mon-Fri rental. 6 months is the maximum term at present but this could be extended nearer the time. Minimal luggage is ESSENTIAL.

There’s a comfortable double bed, a small desk with an office chair and a good size walk-in wardrobe. There’s a modern bathroom (shared) which is kept immaculate as in the picture. You will have access to the kitchen, sitting room and large sunny garden. There’s a shared larder fridge and a laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement.

I run a small bespoke spa business from the house so there is a pool and broad spectrum infrared sauna which you could use occasionally, depending on availability, for a reduced fee.

The house, which is my family home, is in a very quiet safe neighbourhood, located in the Butts Estate in Brentford, famous for its Georgian houses which feature in many films and tv programmes. The area has excellent transport links, including Brentford train station, which connects to Waterloo in 30 minutes, is 3 minutes walk away. Morrisons and Lidl are 3 minutes walk away and there are several restaurants, cafes and pubs on our doorstep. Also a brand new Everyman Cinema. Great parks and riverside and canal walks.

We have one small, lovable dog.
