Newly refurbished flat, free gym + ensuite

For clarity, I do not own the flat, I am looking for someone to join me in renting the property. The photos shown are from the agent and show the bathroom you would have exclusive use of and the double room.

The rent cost is £2800 a month, but as one room is slightly larger than the other I am happy to discuss a split in rent based on room size.

The room available is a double room with a separate bathroom that you will have exclusive use of. The room currently has a sofa bed in but I’ve spoken to the agent and they said the landlord is happy to put a double bed in instead. And any other furniture you need.

The flat is based in a very modern development, where you have access to a free gym and onsite concierge.

The house is furnished but I am planning to bring some more furniture in as it’s a little sparse.

It has a brilliant balcony that wraps around half of the property.

Regarding bills, I’m expecting these to come out around £200 a month each, as council tax works out to ~£100 a month.

As a little background on me, I’m a 29 year old recruiter working in Mayfair 5 days a week. I’m a social respectful housemate who is happy to hang out, go for meals/walks/play board games but equally happy to do my own thing and spend most weekends away with my GF/seeing friends/family. So you will have plenty of space if you want it!

I’m looking for someone easy going, where we can hang out occasionally but equally happy to do our own things. I’m very respectful and always tidy up after myself so looking for someone with a similar vibe!
