Large dbl room Brentford, some bills included

Large double bedroom in a 4-bedroom shared house in Brentford. Currently 3 girls living in the house plus a cat called Charlie. We do not have space for any other pets.

This is an old house with its own quirks, but we make it work! It is a large house with a shared living room, large kitchen-diner, and a small private garden. We have a main shared bathroom plus a downstairs spare toilet.

This is a top floor bedroom with dual aspect (windows on both sides - see photo). The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing stable and mirror, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a bookshelf (see photos). We will install a new carpet in the bedroom in time for the tenancy to begin.

The tenancy will begin on 1 July, but we may be able to arrange for the new tenant to move in the preceding weekend of 27/28 June. The monthly rent covers all bills except energy; this means for £900pcm you get the room, council tax (Band F), broadband and water. Energy is charged in addition and usually works out at under £50 per month. More detailed arrangements can be discussed during the viewing.

Viewings will need to be arranged carefully because the lead tenants have differing schedules. It's possible we do a viewing with one main tenant and then an interview/drink with the other main tenant.
