We are on a private road in Hayes/ Keston (near Bromley) South London/ Kent walking distance of the village, shops and train station. Bus stop outside and woodland walks at the end of the road.

This stylish room has 3 sash windows so lots of natural light and has been recently decorated with new carpet and shower installation. This is a modern spacious Georgian house. The available double en suite room has pleasant views , fitted wardrobe, and plenty of storage in the furniture as well as under bed. It has its own bathroom/shower room and small fridge if required.

Kind, friendly, respectful lodger who appreciates the finer things, and a stylish, clean and cosy environment would fit in perfectly. Ideally female.

Convenient for transport, next to lots of amenities, quaint village with selection of shops and restaurants, and local picturesque woodland walks .

Walking distance of Hayes train station, bus stop 30 seconds from house (Bromley 10 minutes- Hayes 2 minutes). Note it is Hayes/ Bromley/ Keston not Hayes/Middlesex! Hayes train station (direct train to London Bridge/Cannon St/ Charing Cross) is walking distance and trains from Bromley South take 12 mins to Victoria.

We are a busy friendly working couple. Son and daughter have moved to Central, and both come and go and stay occasionally.

As experienced hosts (footballers, private language students, locally based females etc) we are used to company, are generally busy and out and about, and do enjoy calm home time too.
