A medium sized, bright and quiet single room is available in a newer build estate on Scotts Road, Bromley (BR1 3QD), a short walk from Bromley North station. The building has access to a private, green communal garden with tables and chairs.

About the flat and who you will live with
This is a 2nd floor, two bedroom flat. You would be the only tenant and you would share the flat with me, the live in landlord.
There is one bathroom, shared with me.
I am a 45 year old professional male and I work from home around 2 days per week. I also have a small, very friendly 7 year old chihuahua.
The flat has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, plus a modern bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The street is very quiet with no through traffic.
This room would suit a clean, respectful professional or student of any age or gender.

Pets and smoking
Pets: As I already have a dog, unfortunately I cannot accommodate additional pets (fish may be ok).
Smoking: Not allowed in the flat or anywhere within the building.
