The living room has parquet floors and a large comfy sofa with TV and nice speakers which is often unused during the evenings.

Bromley South, Bromley North, and Shortlands station are 10-20 minute walks away and provide access to London Victoria, Thameslink trains via Elephant and Castle and Farringdon, and London Bridge / Charing Cross.

There are also two regular bus routes that run directly to Catford Bridge Station and Lewisham Station. (approx 20 and 30 mins travel time).

I work in the film industry as a creative director and script writer. When I’m at home I’m probably playing video games, re-learning how to play the clarinet or cooking. I’m also often off out on weekend trips to see friends and family.
I work in central London flexibly most days of the week, I tend to spend most evenings playing video games in the office. So, most of the time, the living room will be at your disposal.

I am the only other person living in the flat, and only rent out this room.
