I am looking for someone to become a Lodger/guest in my separate and fully self-contained studio flat a few minutes walk to Shortlands station and shops. The guest will have the entire studio to themselves.

It is approx 3 mins walk to station and approx 17 mins on the train to Victoria/ central London.

It is a beautiful secluded studio and contains a private shower and toilet room. All cooking facilities are provided, including fridge, freezer, washing, machine, cooker, oven, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, iron, bedding. .. etc. Flat screen smart tv.

Would simply need to move in with your clothes.

Guest bed provided only for the occasional guest visit, not long term.

£1,050 rent deposit ahead required (4 rent) to begin and one month up front rent.

This is a part of the main house although the studio has a separate location and entrance, and you will have a formal agreement with me.
