En-suite large bedroom with garage parking

I live alone in a modern nicely furnished and decorated 4 bed three-storey town house, only 4 mins walk from Bromley South station, but also with dedicated secure garage parking underneath (and connected to) the house.

I am offering a large double room on the top floor with a dedicated toilet and separate walk-in shower and large wardrobe (solely for the tenant's use).

I only use the ground and middle floors and the ground floor would be a shared space (lounge, kitchen, hallway and steps down to garage).

I have two (very well-behaved) young children (7 and 10), who stay with me regularly and have two small cats (also very well behaved). So if kids and cats are not your thing, probably not the place for you (although you won't see much of them as they tend to hang out with me on the middle floor on the days they stay.

I am an Environmental Scientist by profession and run my own business which involves lots of travel and stays away so approximately 50% of the time I will be away from the property (cats will still be there though!).

I am a very laid back, easy-going person, don't take anything too seriously, don't get stressed or sweat the small stuff and I am very respectful and well mannered (and expect the same). I am also a very tidy person (although not to the extent of being OCD about it) and keep a clean, orderly house (most of the time). I do have a cleaner come in now and then and do it properly!
