This is a live-in landlord household, currently myself and my small dog, Sonny. I’m looking for a female lodger who would enjoy a clean, relaxed home environment.

The room is well sized and fully furnished, with everything you need to move in straight away. It’s a comfortable house that feels more like a home from home than just somewhere to stay.

The house is conveniently located around 15–20 minutes’ walk from both Bromley South and Bickley stations, with good connections into London.

Local shops, supermarkets, cafés, pubs, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Bromley town centre and The Glades shopping centre are also nearby, offering plenty of places to eat, shop, and socialise.
